The Highbury Fields Tennis Steering Group was set up in the Spring of 2012 as a response to the introduction of on-line booking of the tennis courts and other changes proposed for the management of the courts. The steering group initially represented the coaches and tennis organisations currently operating on the courts and had grown to encompass all the users of the courts. Currently represented are:
The Highbury Tennis Club (men’s team and women’s team)
The committee also actively champions the interests of league and match play, casual players, children and youth tennis, and supports new initiatives that share the groups vision for inclusive tennis on the Fields.
